Quatsch Quartett - Pingu to the Rescue
A downloadable game for Windows
You leave them 5 minutes unsupervised and now they are gone.
While you search for them you hear voices on the other side of the rock.
It's the Quatsch Quartett! You can't make exactly out what they are talking, only something about a Tiny World and people living there.
Without hesitation Pingu jumps on your shoulder and calls out with all his breath: "Hold out! We are coming!" And your journey to the Tiny World begins!
This Game was created during gamedev.tv/ 2025 annual GameJam. After releasing the theme "Tiny World" it took a short amount of time until I envisioned a 2D Platformer with the ability to change size.
Being a huge fan of the Quatsch Quartett and wanting to try out Reality Scan the main characters were set. Also I got some pictures from the magnificent tinker.jessi which looks just perfect for another world.
Due to the rules of not using paid assets I decided to use mainly the Soul Cave & Soul City Pack and the CitySampleBuildings provided by Epic Games and the Paragon characters Aurora and Sparrow as tiny folk. The fantastic "bing" and "blup" sounds were provided by one of the GameJams sponsors Cup Nooble
Have fun testing it and feedback is warmly welcomed
